The Facility



The most impressive feature of this equestrian facility is the amazing Olympic sized indoor arena. It is fully equipped with modern halogen lighting, oversized overhead doors at both ends, immaculate pine 5’ high kick boards all around with an amazingly bright and well ventilated, fresh atmosphere. The arena’s floor consists of a limestone base topped with an oiled mix of loamy sand and hardwood shavings which provides a secure, dust-free and springy cushion for a safe and a horse-friendly footing. It is frequently complemented by riders how much their horses seem to enjoy this footing.

Directly attached to the indoor arena is the new main barn which features 25 airy and spacious box stalls, two heated tack rooms, wash room with adjoining utility room, three separate grooming/wash stalls and several cross-ties throughout. The design of the barn pays attention to many minute details that have a huge impact on the horses' well-feeling and well-being. The big 10' x 12' stalls have grills instead of solid walls so that the horses can see around them which gives them the feeling of not being locked up and takes a lot of stress away. The open ceiling also enhances this airy and light feeling. Great ventilation was another important must because clean air is essential for a horse's sensitive respiratory tract. 23 big windows, 4 big vents in the roof and a temperature controlled fan in the peak ensure a fresh and unpolluted atmosphere throughout the entire barn. Grooming stall, wash stall and tack room are conveniently close to the entrance to the arena.

The main barn also boasts an automatic watering system for the horses with cold and warm water to encourage the horses to drink more in the winter. Each stall has feed doors which eliminate entering the stall at feeding time and rubber mats in every stall provide a cushiony underground for the horses. Ample lighting above each stall guarantees awesome illumination even at night so that not even a little nick on your horse's leg get missed when they come in. 2 massive silo hoppers just outside the barn allow bulk storage of grain and pellets cutting down the cost of feed by half.

There are also 16 huge seeded and fenced summer pastures with which provide healthy grazing on lush grass, clover and Alfalfa. Each pasture features automatic waterers to supply the horses at all times with cool, fresh water without the chores of scubbing water troughs every day.
